    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.nasgaweb.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=28673">BrianKing</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 14546<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 5/03/13 at 12:34am<br /><br />Been away for awhile not doing much in terms of training because I have been ridiculously busy working. &nbsp;I have a lawn care business that I am trying to make a full time job plus I work a 40 hour a week job on top of that, so that leaves little time for anything else. &nbsp;What little training I have squeezed in hasnt amounted to much so I havent posted (not a post whore). &nbsp;Anyways about two weeks ago while benching ladies weight i felt three pops in my shoulder and couldnt raise my shoulder until the next day. &nbsp;It got better but still hurt and felt the same for a bout a week and a half. &nbsp;I agitated pretty badly two days ago and finally had time to make it to my Chiropractor. &nbsp;Diagnosis is a partially torn Labrum. &nbsp;So what we are doing is graston, ultra sound and cold laser to see if it responds. &nbsp;If not I am getting an MRI to see how bad it is. &nbsp;Either way I'm probably sitting out this year. &nbsp;I cant get surgery until the end of the year because my lawn care business runs up to December. &nbsp;So in the mean time I will just do squats, pulls and squat and pull accessories along with some tricep an lite shoulder rehab movements. &nbsp;Oh well it could be worse..]]>
