    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.nasgaweb.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3570">robinson93</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 14181<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 5/11/13 at 2:38pm<br /><br />5-11-13<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Time to knock the dust off this log.&nbsp; Been in Mexico for three weeks and then one in Florida.&nbsp; So its been that long since I felt any weight.&nbsp; Had an olympic pool so I swam alot.&nbsp;&nbsp; I hope it has been good for me when I left I had a nagging hamstring rolling up on me everytime my deads got above 400.&nbsp; </DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Yesterday a did some jog/sprints, light deads 135x4x10, 165x3x10, sheaf 18lb x 10, Hhammerx10 82ft, l hammer x5 102ft, 18lb stone x 8, 34ft&nbsp; not bad but feel weak.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>today did some tire pulls, wob standing x 15, side pulls x 6 , sit ups and overhead presses 135x8x10&nbsp; trying to get some strength back and still not be to sore for next weekend.</DIV>]]>
