2/5/16 Early Morning
EMOM Bear @135
Clean singles 185 x 3, 225 felt heavy, 185 x 2
Squat week 2 , sets of 8 @ 125, 185, 250 x 3

Unexpected travel out of town to see family (not for happy reasons) but got a little
therapy session at an awesome place called the Grit House.

2/6/16  @ The Grit House
OHP sets of 8 @ 75, 105, 145, 145, 145
Cable row 3 x 10 x 160
Pec Deck 3 x 10 x 160
Dbell Tricep press 3 x 10 x 32.5
ATLAS STONES!
My first time playing with them. What an awesome gym. Did some loading onto a box thingy. So much fun.
5 x 150lb stone, 5 x 224ish lb stone. Can't wait to do this again.

Worked farmers with a guy named Mike doing medleys for a Strongman competition. Ended up being from near my hometown and used to train with my buddy Tucker. What a small world!
4 x 220ish/hand @ 25yrds

Watched Mike flying around with a 600lb yoke on his neck. I couldn't even pick that!

2/12/16
2.5hrs of learning to snowboard with my brother from another mother.
Every muscle hurts. I have no idea how people do the crazy things they do on these things. Just, WOW.
Still out of town for family reasons. Eager to get back to my training routine. Got a few weeks to shake off the rust at least. Life happens, and we are fortunate to get every good moment.

2/16/16
Power Hip Snatch 3x85,105,135,135@3.78m/s,135,135,135
Deadlift 5x140,5x185,5x210,8x305
A)Split Squat w/ 30lb kettle 12/12,12/12,12/12
A)Front Plank 40s,40s,40s
B)Assisted GHR @140 12,3, Calf Cramps! Like this machine, though!
B)Walking plate Rotation @45 12/12
Intense calf and ham cramp cut this short. Also, took too long in the gym. I guess sour patch kids and coffee don't prevent cramps :(
