   I'm wondering what peoples thoughts on how one can best 

speed up their weight for distance spin. I have found that 

i've kinda capped out on my speed and i was wonderin if 

anyone knew of some things in particular that has helped 

them, of helped people that they know of. I'm lookin for 

anything that could help, from something i could be doin in 

the gym to just working my throws in a specific way to 

whatever you guys have to tell me about. Thanks in advance. 

And hopefully i'll be able to get a video up so i can give 

you a better idea of where i'm at. Currently my best is 52 

with light in competition. I got that yesterday at the 

cache celtic games. So yeah, any info will help, thanks.

	Sorry this is taking so long, i thought i'd be able to get a video up a lot sooner, but i'm having difficulties with gettin one. sorry this is taking so long, i'll keep workin on it and i'll get one up as soon as i can.
