snatch- from blocks just above knee   5x3 135lbs  1 min between sets

front box squat-10x2 155lbs  45 sec between sets

pull downs  3x10

reverse hyper  3x10

10min +-  stretching

45lb bar   calf raises, press,curl,sld,squat,high pull all for 10reps

with no rest

65lbs  calf raises, press,curl,sld,squat,highpull all for 10reps

now i'm ready.........

WFH-13'9  40lb Kettlebell- 8 throw each arm-hit the branch 8 times with

right arm  5 with left....happy with the outcome,havent done that in a game this year  35lb Kbell went a foot over with each arm..3 throws each

Pushpass 35lb med-ball-over 10ft branch-  3x6

step-ups- 3x10 23in wall

i go outside,take a snatch or clean grip on the bar,hang snatch & throw the bar up and back,

i start with the bar and work up to 135lb on a good day,nice full extention
