Awesome, nice workout. I like the brevity of your workout.
The nice thing about this bourd is the ability to edit your priour posts. I am thinking of adding a kettlebell to my workout, how heavy should I buy? |

I made mine 10 years ago from a york bar,each handle wt 10lbs.I saw the ones from Ironmind and figured I could make them.I can go from 10lb to whatever.... take a look at sorinex they have all sorts of cool stuff.......

hang snatch x5 snatch high pull x5 5 sets hang clean x5 push press x5 5 sets sled pulls-put a oly bar through the handle, snatch grip, 180lb on sled 135lb on the bar 4 x 60ft....traps are sore so are the legs

squats 2x15 SLD 2x15 pullover 2x10-12 close grip pulldowns 2x10-12 press 2x10-8 curls 2x10-12 for my 46th b-day at the end of the month i plan to squat 315lb 46 times......not in a row ......just take the day to see if i can |
