Things that have changed:

Cut way back on carbs, increased protein and fat, salad every day or two, no pop and only the occasional coffee. Thrown in a gallon of water and you get reduce body fat and increased body weight (now 188). Also using creative with protein powder post work outs.

Sleep ranges from 8 - 6 hours but now that the sleep apnea thing is square away I am okay with this.

This past month squat is +5, bench is +13, high pull is +10, and dead lift is +33.

Two months till the season starts!

Must have done something to my left calf. Tight and sore this morning. Could explain the heel issue.

I have an L5 S1 herniation that causes the toes of my right foot to tingle or feel like there's sand in my shoe. When it starts I do traction with either a backbubble or inversion table or both.

Speaking of cabers...

You and Dale do any "shopping" lately?

Also, I texted Blivens your number tonight for you.

Okay. The tingling got worse. Discomfort up into lateral aspect of the left knee. Went in and they said I had "popped my talus". After some pushing and pulling they said I was back in place. Man I am more sore than before but the tingling is gone.
