Sean always has pretty good stuff, i'm not a fan of saying "twist" though, because the hammer is really a right-left movement. 

If I was going to learn hammer, I'd watch as many videos of Larry Brock as I could.

that is some major momentum

I think I just need to throw and throw and get soem muscle memory and smoothness rolling.

Maybe this is another event I could be good at without being 300 lbs

I agree with Craig.  The three guys to watch are Alistar Gunn, Ryan V. and Larry Brock.  The probably have the most main stream styles.  Other guys threw huge but had tougher techniques to copy: Sanford, B. Aiken, S. King., etc...  Sean B. is throwing huge but his tech. is a bit different as well.
