Hahaha...he's Andy Vincent.  If he wants to, he will.

Truth be told, I've been sitting here researching C2 rowers and how these tests are set up (damper settings, etc.)  I'm certainly game for a challenge!  I had some kinda speed going for a bit today, nowhere near what some of these cats (YOU) can do, but like I said, I'm game!

Challenge ACCEPTED!

My wife had 3 vertebrae in her C-spine fused last Tuesday, so I took a deload week to care for her and the kiddos.  She's recovering well, so I'm back at it this week.  She's still not quite up to getting the boys ready for school in the mornings, so I'm going in to work after they get on the bus.  I've taken the opportunity to get my conditioning done in the morning.

11/11/13

AM Conditioning

Rower
1:00 sprint/1:00 rest X 5
Plan was 10, but my guts had other ideas.

PM Lifting

Conversation with my legs on the way to the gym:
Brain:  So, we've got 10 X 10 squats tonight.
Legs:  This is blasphemy!  This is madness!
Brain:  Madness?  This is HIGH VOLUME!

Safety Bar Squat
Bar X 10
135 X 10
185 X 10
225 X 10
275 X 7 X 10

Got pretty nauseous after set 8, finished without puking.
