   I just wanted to let you guys know that I am training...all be it not the traditional methods. Here is what I did this week. 
Tuesday - Rowed in Rensselear Lake for 1 hour and competed in a team plane pull. I pulled a WWII B-17 with 15 accountants. These were not Marty accountants, they were your average accountants, so I had to pull a little more than my share.
Thursday - I am working off some of the debt to my builder so I spent 4 hours loading broken concrete from the floor of a two car garage and a 12 x 12 patio into a dumpster, actually I filled 2 10 yard dumpsters. This is good stuff, I was able to work on my stone put as well as caber picks and weight for height with the larger pieces. A lot of twisting and throwing.
This weekend I am building a couple of flower beds with 12x4x5 stones and picking up a sleep sofa and loading it into the basement. So Tony, Wayne et al. I may not be in the weight room, but I am working.
See y'all at Altamont - maight have a party at my house that weekend, depends on the wifes feelings...keep you in the know.

	Not critics Steve. Just freinds who want to see you succeed so we can live the dream through you!!! I can tell my kids "hey I used to throw with the mighty McSantoli" Im not going to Altamont (closing on my house) so I probably wont see you again this year.
