I set my new deadlift PR today and wanted to share. Previous PR was 275, today's was 305. Any advice, critique, or constructive criticism is always welcome. Thanks.

Congrats.  Looks like you have way more in you.  

Couple of things stand out to me - Running shoes are not deadlifting shoes.  You want a nice flat flat hard soled shoe or barefoot for that matter.  2nd - tough angle to see, but your upper back looks way too rounded.  This isn't a bad demo.

Agree on the shoes, lose them.

Disagree on the back, although it's hard to tell from that angle.  Thoracic rounding is fine (and is actually encouraged by some) as long as lumbar extension is kept.

Agree with Craig. I couldn't see any evidence from that angle that your lower back was too angled.
 
What I did see:
 
1) Legs straightened fast. Try to have your hips and shoulders rise at about the same rate.
2) Keep the bar closer to your legs. Shins should bleed.(you might have done this, and i didn't see it with the angle).
3) Shoes. I'd lift in my sock feet before lifting in running shoes.

Wilco. I'll check out some lifting shoes. Can I use plain 'ol Chuck Taylors? I know some people do, but I don't know if this is common or recommended.

True, the bar was not against my shins. I'll keep an eye on that from now on. I'll record from a side angle next time and repost for more advice.

Chucks are fine, yes.  (I still have a preference for socks though)

Also, try not to spend so long in your setup, hard to hold big air for that long.  You were down there for 16 seconds!

I was also going to mention the long set up. That should come with more practice, though. Trust your positioning and pull. You don't necessarily have to grip and rip, but you shouldn't be on the bar for more than 1 or 2 seconds, usually.
 
Chucks are good. I've been deadlifting in them for 3 years now, and I'll never go back to anything else.

Do you have a log here? If not, you should start one and post your vids in there. It's a good way to keep track of your lifting, and the log section of this board is very active, so you'll likely get some views and good critique.
