Loaded 2 loads of horse manure with a shovel and applied to my garden
(the ultimate day of metabolic conditioning)

Love my swiss bar takes some of the pressure off my beat up old shoulders. A buddy of mine made it for me. Very heavy duty.

Been slacking on my posting.
Now training 3 days per week, 1 upper, 2 lowers (push then pull). Getting some throwing in on the off days. Trying to suck less.  Old hurts.
