Pointer Finger on Stones

   When I really get after stones my pointer finger ends up hyper extending on a fairly regular basis. I will try to do some things with tape tonight to see if it helps, but anyone have any guesses as to why this keeps happening? Am I holding the stones incorrectly or does this happen to everyone? If so, what do you do about it?

	happens to me all the time. It's a reminder to center the stone better in my hand.

	So it is really just a positioning issue, I kind of figured as much. It has been really bad lately, not sure why either. I will see if I can shore things up with tape for a few weeks and let it heal.

	It could also be an indicator that you're rushing the hand. Push the stone with your hip, then shoulder, then finally finish with the hand.
