Mark your calenders for September 6! The recently formed United States Strength Coalition will be having it's inaugural Highland Games festival and everyone is welcome to compete. No cap on the number of athletes. This will be in front of an arena full of people, so the energy will be high. The USSC promotes Strongman and powerlifting as well, so we've put our own little spin on the Highland Games. Guaranteed to be a good time for both competitor and spectator. Steve Pulcinella of Ironsport gym will be the announcer. Go to usstrengthco.com to get more info!

No offense, but that website has even less information on that competition than your post did.

Ha. We haven't posted the entry form yet. I've written up the events and I believe it'll be posted May 1st. Just trying to make everyone aware right now. September 6th, York fair in York PA. More info will be on the site as the date gets closer. Hope that was helpful???

You have to stop doing that Juli, if it worked we'd all be doing it.

We just wanted to do a little something new. We all have a lot of experience in Strongman, which was derived from Highland Games events, e.g. stones and the log. We think it'll be a big hit.
