Good Morning All.
Haven't done a workout journal since IronTrybe shut down. Haven't really worked out in couple years. Haven't thrown since 2013. I have a old beat up body, no GPP, no strength, no flexibility, bad blood and a crappy diet. currently 278... should be around 240. Time to get to work. I workout at home. Small gym with not a lot going for it other than it is paid for and the commute is excellent. Going to be making this up as I go, but essentially multiple days per week, compound movements, hill sprints, and low carb. Let's see what we can do. ~T. |

0615hrs BB Squats 95x10 95x10 185x4 185x4 BB SLDL 185x6 185x6 185x6 left shoulder really hurt. range of motion horrible. acute pain at tip. 8/10. Back history... been told multiple different things regarding my left shoulder pain. told i have arthritis. told i don't. told might be impingement. told could be micro tear. had couple cortisone shots but not working. next step is MRI. mean time its ibu's to the rescue. |
