Like I always say... squat heavy, squat alone, squat to failure, and on the last rep, you will find out whether you are a man.  Besides, this thing has a 350# weight capacity, what are you gong to do? warm up?

I didnt see the 350 lbs capacity. Why do they say the cable is rated for 2000lbs but the total capacity is 350 ?

I just know I am going to get stuck at the bottom of a deep squat some day. I have spotters attached to my rack but I dont like to use them when I go deep,  its hard to get the them adjusted.

I guess this one would be better 750 lbs, now if I only had 3000 extra bucks. I guess Ill just have to give in and get one of those Safty Squat bars. I just cant amagine having the bar stuck in one place on my back!!

Back in the day....I remember lifting heavy at the YMCA on breaks during college.  I would give some high school kid a dime and the phone number to the nearest rescue squad in case I got into trouble.  Spotter?  Who needs them!

And yes, phone calls once cost only a dime.

Don't you all keep your cell phone on your hip when you squat? Or is it just me?

Most of the time I have a cell phone and a vhf radio close at hand! Plus there is an Ambulance just outside in the parking lot!!!

I am lucky enough to get to work out while im at work. Some times I can even get all the way through before I have to run. And its not too bad to be getting paid to work out!!!!!
