Steve , the first thing I saw is your foot placement . Right foot should replace the left on the first turn . Otherwise you're pushing yourself too far to the left in the box. thats just what I see , hope it helps Bret |

McCracken!!!!
I will echo their sentiments...your feet are all wrong, and that is what is both forcing you across the box and leaving you with your right arm having to fight across your left leg. Think of it this way, particularly if you are double spin (I have not figured that one out, so all my throws/distances are singles Your throws are not linear because your feet are out of alignment; get that down, and hello 5+ feet, at least. Watch Vierra, Brock, and Betz...watch that first step. Don't blink...it's that fast. Get on YouTube and find ISAS Chicago footage...helped me a lot!!! Respectfully, Duncan McCallum |

My single spin is almost the same as the double High 40's. But once in a blue moon I get it right and it realy goes, thats why I almost alway try a double. I have had some 60's in practice and just cant seem yo get my legs to do what my mind is telling them to do this year.
I try to do games where ther are high ranking A's or Pro's so I can watch first hand but watch the You Tube masters offten.
