   Greetings to all;

  My brother and I have a passion to join the highland games. What we need to know is, is there a weight restriction? Is there any place in Michigan that is good for training? How about clubs that are dedicated to training for the games?

   Any info would be great and useful.

	Where are you located? No weight restrictions. And you found the right place for a "club" dedicated to training for the games.

	I'm pretty close to you and I'm looking for the same things. I live in New Carlisle. There are two games in Michiana that I know of, but you should search the database on the main page for events you're willing to drive to. I don't have any equipment, so I'm looking for a training partner that has at least some items. Edit: Woops, I'm nowhere close to North Branch, but I'm about 15 miles from Buchanan, MI

	There are many more than two games in Michigan. Alma, Detroit, Saline, Fife Lake, Beaver Island, Midland ... to name a few.
