Mon night I was throwing. I started with the hammer and then went through the h and L wieghts. Just as I was getting ready to put them up i decide to throw the hammer one last time! So I do and about the same, then I think I wonder about throwing it the other direction. I am RT handed and wind clockwise normal but just cant seem to get much dist out of it, about 45 to 50 feet. I throw it winding counter clockwise and first throw (even wore out and tired) I get an extra 8 feet!

Who knows!

It is hard to explain! I felt like there was this "muscle load". Kind of like a spring was being wound and then let go. When I throw to the lt it just seems that I just spin and release. NO power.

I try to at least train throwing both ways...  I don't constantly use the same muscle groups, and I get a better idea of what I'm doing technique-wise...
Hey, I'm a Burchett too!
