New board questions...what do the fonts mean?  Just cant seem to figure it out....

We have the following font styles...
- Dark blue bold
- Dark blue normal
- Light blue bold
- Light blue normal
 
Can you give some hints to what each of those are supposet to mean for the titles of the threads?
