Been sitting here since I started throwing again last August banging my head as to why my hammers suck. Ok yes my core is weak, and I am weak overall, but lets move past that part...

I just couldn't get it, watched film, had people watch film etc. Then just today I saw a pic of someone throwing... all of a sudden things started to click. I thought ' am I seeing that right'?

Did massive searches of hammer throws then it happened...I found that ONE freaking video of that one freaking angle and BAM!  It all came back to me, and I know what I need to work on!

That was the 'YES!!!' Moment.

Then the 'Damn it' Moment came shortly after when I realized it will take at least several months to reprogram and get it down correctly.

Damn it...

I see he is keeping it to himself though....
---------
I have very few social interaction skills, so I just throw stuff instead.

Brandell-

I'm in the same boat right now with the weights. I know how to throw a weight, despite some errors in mechanics, but for some reason my numbers have been stagnant. Then one day someone explained one little, infintesimal part of the throw, in a different way than anyone else had, even pros. And there it was, like light shone down!

And of course, I practically skipped out to practice, only to find just as stagnant throws and frustration. But it made sense, and that's what counts.

I think. Haha.
Literature is strewn with the wreckage of men who have minded beyond all reason the opinions of others.
