Anyone have an idea on 65-69 caber length and weight? The one I'm
using is 14' x 80#

generally agree with Hapy, above; most masters cabers are relatively lighter, depending on the AD of the games, so the length then becomes the difficulty factor. at masters champs in st louis, 12s were the order of the day, especially in the younger older classes. the caber in the 70+ class, for example, weighed about 60lbs but was over seventeen feet long. even so, there were at least five 12s...

a light pole from the farmers co-op will typically be 15feet long, and 80-100lbs due to being treated wood. untreated wood for poles is available from sawmills here in the south and they will cut it any length you want

A recent Masters caber I threw during competition was 75# and about 17' long, just FYI
