someone posted a grip post a while back and there was a link to a page with lots of grip ideas- the article was by a guy who is a corrections officer.... ring a bell??? just looking to get that link again- I can't find it!!!! thanks Lenny |

Hey man do yourself a favor and visit Ironmind.com and get some of their grip training implements. Rolling Thunder is great for helping in developing your grip in ways very beneficial to the Games.. Check it out you won't be sorry.. |
