someone posted a grip post a while back and there was a link to a page with lots of grip ideas- the article was by a guy who is a corrections officer....

Hey man do yourself a favor and visit Ironmind.com and get some of their grip training implements. Rolling Thunder is great for helping in developing your grip in ways very beneficial to the Games..
