Any suggestions as to indoor throwing. A few of you were very helpful in the weight training dept. When the Michigan winter eventually hits and throwing outside is "not fun", are there indoor drills to keep sharp? McBain, Kip M., any thoughts? Thanks, Dave |

Dave- Be careful with that Indoor throwing. I once hit a SWAT officer's leather jacket with his cell phone and weapon in the pocket. Jeff Berkler was nice enough to not shot me after throwing a 28lb indoor weight that landed on his nice jacket. Indoor throws are not all what they're advertised sometimes, you need enough area to be safe. And remember this, ... don't hit anyones revolver with a weight. Good luck with your training, -BudLight |

Actually, I kinda still throw outside in the winter. I clear off a small spot in the yard and mostly do spin work. I tend to loose the weight in the snow when I throw. it though. My winters are mostly spent in the weight room.
