Newbie in Northeastern PA

   Hi all, my name's Sean Campbell and I recently came across the Highland games.  Ive been in college at Penn State for a year now and miss competive sports. Ive started to hit the gym hard again and would like to begin practicing technique.  I've contacted a bunch of people and everyone's lead me to this site.  If anyones got some tips on training or throwing, they would be greatly appreciated.  Id like to start throwing as soon as theres no snow on the ground.  If theres anyone in the Northeastern PA area that would be willing to help or just have some tips send me an email at sec5028@psu.edu
