   Thanks for elaborating. I was doing just what you said not to do, throwing with a goal. I video taped myself and I am comparing what I do to the style of many throwers, including yourself and I have some issues. Maybe I will post some videos and ask you to look at them.
If you dont mind.
Also, I was throwing first, then doing some drills after.
