just wanted to thank all those who replied to my request for help with the spin technique advice. It was all very helpfull. and i hope the suggestions keep coming.

Video is your best friend. Get Brock's dvds, Ryan's instructional dvd's, then pick a good throwing style that you like, then emulate it. The go to a meet that also has a pro or a class and ask for critiquing. Also learn how to spin with the weight for height!
