OK quick question.  Other than the obvious increase in pain tolerance, what are the benifits of zercher squats as opposed to a front squat?

OK I just saw that the  other thread had progressed a bit since the last time I saw it, so sorry if I asked a question that had already been asked.

Did a triple w. 350 Saturday and my core is the most sore part - You'll never have a harder, stronger core(this is a core and leg lift/bounce sport). Pad up your elbows w.a knee pad and it's tolerable - excellent lift for tossers.

I gave the low down in the other thread, but would be happy to expand on anything if you need it.
