That may very well be the funniest shit ever posted on NASGA.

Larry, you are the largest sponsor whore in H.G. history.

Did anyone else notice all the mocking going on there?

Funny as hell.....

I made it through 2 1/2 minutes.

Geez you're sitting in a chair and you're still gasping for air!

Maybe you should cut down to just the "Double" Threat Bar.

Well as happens so many times, a rank amateur like myself tries to take a PRO's workout and do it, not having the fitness base of a PRO. And ends up getting hurt. Thanks Larry, you should have posted a warning, you made it look sooooo easy.

Doctors said this is one of the worst cases of TMJ they have ever seen.

What kind of work out program do I need to get on to achieve the ILS that is so prevalent in the highland games community?

Damon,

Love the ILS mention, but I think it is slightly more common in college rec centers than Highland games.

I see a few athletes at the games that are afflicted with this terrible debilitating disease, but it is even more common in the audience.

I haven't lifted in a gym in years, but it use to amuse me there as well.  I like walking up next to someone with ILS and start sucking in air and with each inhale pump my arms to the side a little higher and hold my breath.

I was just at Ceader Point this summer and saw several young non lifting lads all pumped up with ILS. County Fair seems to breed them as well.

ILS's allways seem to pump up bigger in when someone with real size is around. (RLS) real lat's

Mr. Brock,

I was sitting here wondering what I could do during the off-season as I managed to shatter my tibia trying Scottish Backhold Wrestling the day after winning all 9 events in the B's and qualifying for the A's.  Now my off season that was going to be dedicated to lots of leg work and lots of back work will be dedicated to your workout (just phase 1 and 2 as I am only an amatuer).  Hopefully this will help get me thru until I can put some weight on the leg again (3-4 months)
