Maybe an example is in order:

We didn't have bench presses back when I was in the
penitentiary. When someone asked, "how much can you
press?" it was understood that they meant, "how much can
you standing press?" I earned a lot of respect my first
day in the pen thanks to my clean and presses out in the
yard.

great idea Pete.  I do those on close grip bench stuff . i love em. thats what you need to do craig then nobody can say  they look like a SPLIT SNATCH,   HAHAHA  SPLIT SNATCH  THAT JUST MAKES ME GIGGLE.  lol
