By the way, we still have a foot and a half of snow on the ground. Please make it stoooooop!

Will, you are down in Waterville now, right?  I am up in Bangor.  I would love to get together this year and throw a bit if you are up for it.

16 games with a newborn at home.  Nice work Larry Brock, lol.

Geez, Craig, go easy on the guy. He won't be gone ALL summer. He's Canadian. That means those 16 games are spread out over at LEAST 18 weekends ;)

ha!

Same deal here, Will. Horrendous weather. It will likely be a few weeks until I can go outside.

I am into my pre-season. Plan is to scale back lifting to 1-2 sessions per week in favour of much more throwing. The weather is my biggest obstacle at this point in time - hopefully it come around.

Yesterday - Throws:

Braemar - My BS is a mess. This needs to be a big focus area for me this pre-season. 7 reps, all garbage.

OS - Kicking off some rust, worked on hitting some positions. Not too bad, actually.

HW - I have been watching a lot of video in the hopes of recapturing my HW mojo - good session for a starter.

LW - See above

More throws as the week advances.
