How do you guys train on the hammer with spikes?

Do you bring a designated hammer fetcher?  Or do you duck walk between throws?  Or do you have some other alternative?

Duck walk, or take off your boots between shags.

I'm also lucky enough to have accumulated three hammers over the years, so I can throw in sets of three.  That has helped a lot.
