Not that I want to come across like one of those jackasses that "correct" things that nobody cares about and it takes away from the intent of the post.....I just like flashing my big brain and vast wealth of lifting knowledge

But a Zercher is deadlifted from the floor, rested on the knees, and then hooked with the arms and the lifter then stands upright.  This is a Zercher squat.  Not that there is a huge difference, but one that will cause you to lose a bar bet some time.......

Thom, after seeing the picture of that guy at Nat's doing over 500lb "Z" Squat!!!----Wow.  you guys aren't right in the head!!
