Hey all, newbie here, is there any links or can anyone describe the footwork for throwing the WOB?

  Yes, it's very simple. Start with feet a little more than shoulder width apart.... and leave them there, creating what is known as the "STAND"  and toss.

Hey there. I start with my left shoulder towards the bar about 4 steps from the bar. I cast the weight up towards the bar spin under it and then it's really kind of a shrug-throw from that position. If it goes over, raise the bar higher!

This is demonstrated pretty well by Daryl's THIRTEEN YEAR OLD daughter Emily in pictures 63-77 from the Illinois Highland Games pics:

This sequence was the first I've seen that really demonstrates the motion well.
