I am a B class thrower with high expectations of myself. I am lucky to have a lot of knowledgeable throwers here in Utah but appreciate as much feed back as I can get.

On your lwfd need to have both feet anchored when you pull through so you can exert maximum leg drive. Might help if you slow your first turn slightly so you are properly set up for the 2nd turn and drive.

Hammers - Longer arms, head back and use the legs and hips more. You are trying to muscle it around your chest and head with bent arms.
