Well, here it is around a month later, and my hammer has infact improved.  Sure, it's still not beastly throws that I want, but I haven't had a day under 80 in quite sometime now. 

For one, the speed on the hammer head has drasticly changed since I last posted.  I think the biggest thing was getting used to my lower body weight(around 50lbs less than last season) and useing more muscle and technique. 

Oh yeah, the handle question that tagged on to the first post, might be a little truth behind it.  Seems as soon as I changed the handle to the gray conduit(which is stronger), my throws started going further.  Could have been just a conicedence though, so we'll leave it at that.
