it's probably been discussed before but under the search I couldn't find anything.

on the 28WFD I land the first spin fine but on the 2nd spin my Right foot is landing too far to the left of the trig and I end up releasing across my body "I'm a left handed thrower" like I'm blocking myself from a classic power position relase.

Any tips or hint????

The priorities in a spinning throw are:

1)  Landing in the best possible power position for your final pull.
2)  Having good ball speed at that point.
3)  Having a good plane of motion of the ball at that point.

Everything up to that point should assist one or more of these priorities.

With that said, you're probably trying to use too much speed (a big problem for me in competition these days).  In particular, try slowing down your first turn, so that you start your second pull in a solid position.  Just go through the motion of the initial pull with very little force involved, and make sure you get a good hip flick to get around that first turn.  This isn't hard, so don't overdo it.  Then, as you start your second pull and second turn, concentrate on going straight to the trig.

There are lots of potential cues you might need to get this to work, but go try it first and let us know how it goes.

Make sure that your weight is on your front foot after the first turn and then you are sprinting toward the trig. Be patient and let the weight hit the bottom of its pendulum before sprinting.  Also make sure that you are sinking when you land.

I've been doing the same thing, but concentrating on making sure I kicked my left foot back seems to have helped.  I was jamming up against the trig and not being able to get my hips around to face the trig on the release because my foot wasn't far enough back.

I'll tell you about a drill I do that seemed to help with my delivery.  I start each practice (for the weights) by doing a few throws from my first turn.  Not a one turn throw, but throwing from my first turn as if I were going to do two turns.  I end up throwing from the back of the trig, from the landing position on my first turn.  I found it helped my delivery alot because it corrected my timing for exploding to the front in good alignment.  Slowing down the first turn should help too.

Interesting.  Another thing that helps (a tip from Hollywood) is to take some 3-turn throws.  Lay down a tape to use as a guide for your feet, and make sure your feet follow the line.

This is a bit different from a line drill, in that you're trying to accelerate through the 3 turns (whereas I personally am trying to merely survive 5 or so turns in a line drill).  When you go back to 2-turn throws, you're so relieved that you don't need to take the extra turn that you throw better.
