Have a couple days to catch up on as I just joined.

Monday, 5-23: Took a light workout, still not 100% from
past weekend. Warm up sets as many as needed...

Pause Hang Clean
291x2x4

Front Squat
335x2x4

RDL
Pulley Split Squat Lunge

Tuesday, 5-24

Single Arm DB Shoulder Press (50X0)
55x8, 65x6, 65x3x5

Wide Grip Pull Ups (30 sec negative on last rep)
5x3 (40#)

Parillo Press
Hammer Curls
Trap 3 Raise
