It depends what you are using it for...
http://www.dragondoor.com/shop-by-department/equipment/ - Dragon Door has them up to 106lbs, http://www.muscledriverusa.com/Gray-Series-Kettlebells-kg_c_277.html - Muscle Driver has them to 106lbs, and I'm sure a quick google search would give you many more places.

And ftr, I think the 48kg bells I noted above are pretty much the heaviest kettlebells you can buy at normal places.
I know that at the AKC booth at some of the Expos they have a 64kg bell.

I use them all the time in my training lately and I love it! They make my body hurt in good ways!
I'd say all you really need is a 16kg, 24kg, and a 32kg. Anything extra is up to you. You can get amazing workouts using those 3 if you put some effort into it. Also look on elitefts.com for the Benevolent Dictator kettlebell book. The sessions in there are insane!

I like these guys. Bells up to 48KG, and I like the competition bells since then they are all the same size, I have a 10KG, 20KG, 28KG,
40KG and 48KG that I use.
though I don't think I would use these for WOB practice. The handles are very thick, and if they landed wrong I imagine that you
could damage them, and they aren't particularly cheap.
I spoke to a salesperson there a while back, and they did say that they are working on a bigger one, I think 60KG.

Perform Better and Power Systems are two good sources--depends on if you want KBs in kg or in lbs. Also, Elite FTS sells them. Watch for their free shipping specials as they often include KBs on them. It's just silly to pay to ship weight if you can avoid it.
You might find something at your local Sports Authority, Dick's, etc, but be sure to run your hand on the inside of the handle all the way to the bell itself, including the KB horns, to check for burrs and rough spots. Also, while a rubber coating seems nice, it makes for a bell that does not sit flat and solid on the floor. If you're just planning to swing, snatch, and similar moves, that might not be an issue. But if you put your hand on it to do pushups or renegade rows, you don't want it to roll out from under you unexpectedly.
Based on my own personal experience.

I know I'm going to catch shit from C. Smith for asking this, but is the weight written on the dumbell the weight overall or just the weight on each end?

so then if I wanted to cut the end off one to turn it into a weight for distance/height impliment, would I be better off buying a 55 or 60 lb dumbell?

i've done it for dumbells also, works fine. i've found the handle weighs a lb. so if you get a 55lb DB, less 1lb x .5 = two 27 lb weights, plus a handle and chain. *poof* magic 28.
just make sure you bring it to a decent shop that'll reweld it once you break it once.

easy way around that is to drill a 1" hole down the center and get a 1" bolt to put through from the bottom up. Attach a nut to it then drill a hole through the center of the bottom of the bolt and attach a shackle.
or a 1/2" eye bolt will work just as well, but you'll need to replace those every few weeks since they bend pretty easy on impact.

Mine is a 25 lb and holds the door open nicely. I was thinking of cross training some aluminum can crushing with it. Other than that it is a mystery to me.

Did you intend to get your foot in the picture to imitate the dog paw in the original picture or was that just a happy accident?
