And or links to making home made equipment I need some. I
had to sell my old stuff in past years to pay bills and
need pretty much every thing but Stones and the 42 WFD.

you are welcome to borrow anything i have or call me anytime to practice and i'll bring all my stuff... i've got all the implements inc caber and a wob standard

understand but until you get your own you are welcome to borrow...

I know for a light (12-13#) training hammer you can slide about 5 of those 2.5# standard weights over a 3/4" grey pvc conduit with the female end at the end.  would be good for doing winds and drilling positioning.

I'll show you a setup I have for an adjustable weight.  Fairly cheap and very robust.
