I am looking for a link to show a picture sequence for a double spin WFD. Video doesn't help me in the field. Pictures would be great so i can print them and refer to them while I am throwing. Thanks. --Jim

Thanks. This will do fine. Now I just have to try and not wrap 42 lbs around my neck (like I could get the weight that high).
