I know that some people use wraps with their HWD and LWD so they can practice more without destroying the hands. Are there any videos or photos that show how to do it? I suck at both those events, and I need to practice A LOT.

thanks. I'm assuming you don't do this on LWD. It doesn't seem it would be needed

No I wrap both weights. You can rip a callus in light weight just as easy as heavy.

I would use OLY straps, like the IRONMIND  "So easy straps". They release much easier

^This, and always use a glove if you're going to use a strap.

I prefer the ironmind regular straps, but that's me.
