Has anyone bought or seen this? I want to get some sort of throwing manual and am better with pictures then words sometimes.

It looks pretty great in previews, anyone have a deeper glance at it?

Have it and recommend it! Mike and Mindy have done an excellent job on a no-nonsense approach to throwing.

I actually searched for the previous thread, but it didn't come up when I used the search function for 'contrarian' so I figured I must just have been high when I saw it...
