Its been boring in here so I thought I would take a general consensus. What do you guys feel is the best lift that helped with your sheaf?

I treat the sheaf and wob as "lifts" unto themselves.  I think pushing a lift for an event that takes accuracy is a mistake.  You start getting stronger in it and you'll need to account for Kentucky Windage come Games day.

But, so as not to be evasive,  I like top-down deadlifts and muscle snatches for getting strong in a general sense.

Doesn't the sheaf just go 30' with out lifting? Even D.Wood could huck it 30' ! Sorry Dan, I'm back though right? Brian just sneak into the porter pooper and pull some hay out of it.

For the Hook grip, I would say captains of Crush, Maybe block holds, or better yet shake weight.
