Two questions:

1. What is a good size for burlap bags for the sheaf. There a couple options for potato sacks. They are pretty cheap on amazon.

2. What do you use to fill them with? Pine needles, rope piece, memory foam pieces?

No, I'm not going to put them under the camp toilet and fill them with something else.

Twine! I went to the "Tractor Supply" store and bought mine in bulk. Nice part was since it was in bulk they tell you how much it weighs. Hope that helps. Make sure you double up your burlap though...

I recovered my Clevenger with a used coffee bag that I bought at Rural king. I got a lot of use out of it but it didn't hold up as well as the burlap Jason originally used.
Use natural twine! Nylon twine doesnt work.
