Q: My scores from X game aren't in the database, why not?
A: NASGA does not enter scores.

Q: My marks are incorrect in the database, can you fix that?
A: The database is open. All you need to do is log into the database and modify anything that is incorrect.

Q: My name is misspelled in the database, can you fix that?
A: The database is open. All you need to do is log into the database and modify anything that is incorrect.

Q: My name is spelled two different ways causing two entries, can you fix that?
A: The database is open. All you need to do is log into the database and modify anything that is incorrect.

Q: I would like to list my games in the calendar/database, can you do that?
A: The database is open. All you need to do is log into the database and add the game.

Q: I lost my password, can you help me log in to the database?
A: The usernames and passwords for the database are not retrievable, make a new account.

Q: My ranking for 'X' category isn't showing up under 'Y' category, why not?
A: If scores are entered under a specific category, they are ranked in that category alone. (Exception: 'All')

Q: So how do I get the scores to be ranked in the other specific categories?
A: The database is open. All you need to do is log into the database and add the results to the appropriate category.
