Hello! Long time since I've posted here. Some exciting news to share, the alumni of Gatlinburg Pittman High School and backed by the City of Gatlinburg,Tn are rebooting the Highland Games again at Mills Park. Our organization Twisted Kilt Athletics met with some of the board members to discuss on how to go about this reboot. This year will be a "start up" year so to speak. So the field will be limited we will have As Bs Masters Womens/Master Women. More than likely only 10 per group then a waiting list. Food and drink provided and more than likely a Tshirt, and we are still negotiating at registration fee (if any at all). We will have a great announcer the one and only Kerry Overfelt as well. Bands, vendors, etc. Oh and a possible kids section as well! The games will be the weekend of June 15th, all athletics will all be on that Saturday. We will let you all know soon when sign-ups will begin and the when the deadline is as well. Will keep everyone posted! ~Bean ------------- CLAN DAVE FOREVER! |

After the meeting with some of the board members yesterday they are excited and the city of Gatlinburg is on board as well. They want to be around for many years to come ~bean ------------- CLAN DAVE FOREVER! |
