Going through the old training logs here helped me tremendously so I figured I would jump in and try to do my part to keep this alive.

Started throwing in June of 18 went on to compete as a lightweight and won the 19 national championship. Followed that up with a major wrist injury and was out for the last three months. Just jumped back in with my first A class games at Prescott and had a great time:

BS- 42'2
OS- 51'8
Lwfd- 78'1
Hwfd- 37'4
LH- 126'3
HH- 95'11
Sheaf- 25
Wob- 13

Throwing the 56 again for the first time in a year was a real shock to the system. Training just focused on getting stronger right now.

10/1 training

Squat- up to 435x6
Deadlift- 315 3x3 for speed
Step ups 3x10
GHR 3x10

BW- 224

Looking forward to tracking some training here

Did some throwing on Sunday

Stone- working on keeping the stone back longer on the glide. Took a bunch of easy throws then put some effort into a few best of 48

Hwfd- threw the 56 getting used to it had a nice series of 6 each throw going a little further than the last ended at 34 feet

Lwfd- felt way off here couldn’t get my timing down. 6 throws all mid 60s
