Hey Everyone!

I've gotten very interested in training for Highland Games and would appreciate any guidance or coaching if anyone is available or interested and remotely near Dover, DE.

I'm willing to drive ~2 hours for any training help and have a good physical base of weightlifting and a decent high school track and field background.

Even a one day session would mean a lot to me so please reach out if you have any interest in bringing an excited beginner into the sport!
