I'm old. I haven't thrown since 2013. I plan to compete in the next "Throwing for the Cure" in August. What could possibly go wrong?

Will log workouts here to help with accountability... I hope.

damn. didn't realize this forum had died out. welp... i will be looking to throw again in the late summer. changing up my workouts to match the output needs of said games. y'all have a great season. cheers.
